Knee is at least letting me workout again. Just taking it easy when it comes to working out legs. So I went to my weigh in yesterday and am down another 3lbs from last weeks weigh in! I am at 187! I haven't been at this weight in about 3 yrs, so I am very happy.
Now if I could get some sleep. My dog is pissing me off, all fucking night long, whining and moving around. OMg grrrrr. Ok rant over.
Getting ready to hit up the gym again today. Busting out 3 training sessions this week. My shoulders and back are sore from yesterday, but not bad enough that I can't go workout.

Slacking
I know I have been slacking. A week ago on Sat I fell right on my bad knee. Long story short I ended up in a full leg brace to where I couldn't bend my knee at all. I wore it most of the week, but I have shit that needs to get done. Today I was feeling pretty good, good enough to bust out 70 min worth of Zumba on the WII. I feel much better after doing that. Going to be hitting the gym up this week hard.
I also have an awsome NSV (non scale victory) I am finally down into a dress size 14!! Also depending on the brand I got into my size 12 dress that I haven't worn in YEARS!!! Not to mention it looked great!

Rain
What a shitty rainy day, but damn it I made it to the gym anyway. We were supposed to do measurements, but my trainer got stuck by a train, and my son decided to take a crap as we are trying to walk out the door. I wanted to get a full hour of work out in, so that is what I did. We will take measurements on Tues. That is not a bad thing though, I will really watch what I eat this weekend, and keep trying to push down more water.
Not to mention it is supposed to rain all weekend long, Yippy. I really don't mind it, as long as I don't have to go driving in it. Kind of nice just chilling at home. Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!

Love the weather
I am sooo loving the weather! The only thing that sucks is the humidity. In turn it makes the gym humid, but I sweat a hell of a lot more, which means more weight loss! Had a really great day at the gym today, worked almost everything. The only thing that bites, is the new brace I got for me knee, almost seems to make the pain worse. I am tough, but damn, it hurts.
Doing measurements on Fri, so I am excited to see how many inches I have lost this past month. I will def post starting and Friday's results, obviously on Friday! Have a great night, where ever you may be!

Almost 1/2 way through the week
Wow it has already been a long week, and it just started! Forced myself to go to the gym. Glad I did, because I felt better after. After I did a short workout, went to my JC appt, where I am officially in the 180's! That in itself is amazing to me, and all my calorie counting and busting my ass at the gym is working! Going to keep at it though. My next mini goal is to hit 179 by this time next month or sooner. My reward will be a new pair of workout shorts and a shirt! Another Week down!
Wow I can't believe that Feb is almost half over! I am not complaining though. I have been to the gym every day this week except today! Tomorrow just to get some cardio in might either dust off JM 30 day shred or bust out a zumba workout. That way I am at least getting 5 days of working out in for the week! Today I was just tired for some reason, but did great on my food and stayed under in the calories. Plus tried a new chicken recipe that turned out fabulous!

Still Chugging Along
I haven't left! Just been super busy. Been hitting the gym up and working my ass off, literally! I have shrunk down into my next size of jeans and they were falling off of me this weekend out walking around. I am hoping to be out of those and into my next set by this time next month.
Today at the gym I did 30 on the elliptical, tried doing the stair master, but my knee wanted nothing to do with it, so I jumped on the treadmill for the last 30 min. Burned over 400 so that is bonus!. Hope every one has a great night. I get to go get my ass handed to me tomorrow at the gym!

First Mini goal!
I guess I can technically say I met my first mini goal of being in the 180's by Feb 1st!! I weighed in today at 190 taking in consideration all the water I drank before I weighed. I am just amazed that I have actually stuck to something this long, and have not derailed at all!
This weekend going to go have some wine to celebrate. Not a whole lot but a little bit. I can say this, I had absolutely no energy at the gym today, or strength. I have no idea what was wrong today. Oh well tomorrow is a new day and going to get my ass in gear and hit the gym up tomorrow to! Want to see 18 somthing on that scale next week!

Physical Therapy
So I had my first PT appt today. I just love it when they aggravate it. I left in so much pain, but hopefully we can figure out what the hell is wrong. In a nutshell from the sounds of it, my left leg is much weaker (well duh) than my right. It has something to do with how something doesn't line up when my knee bends. So she ordered me something to help to "train" my knee into the right position. It should be here in 2 weeks or so. So we shall see. I also have some exercises I am supposed to do, to help strengthen that leg. It is all good though. I will let my trainer know, but he is awsome when it come to asking how my knee is doing!
Only one more week from tomorrow and I will take another set of pictures and post my accomplishments, hopefully I will notice a difference.

Rainy day
Today has been a nasty rainy day, but I did go to the gym and push through the knee pain. Burned 517 calories today!!
Then the not so good news. I gained 2lbs this week, but it could just be water. I drank a crap load of water at the gym and also a protein shake after my workout. It is ok, I am not going to let this get me down, just going to keep on going. I also upped my calorie intake to about 1400 just so I don't go into that starvation mode with how much I am working out. At least my clothes are definitely getting bigger on me, so that is bonus. Going to go lay down and put the knee up!

Another week down (Language warning)
First I am going to go on a little rampage! Bear with me. Let me start off by saying certain people are just fucking irritating. Take for example my husbands EX-GF!! I fucking love how she posts how she "misses her diesel soo much..shut the fuck up bitch, really?? Ok I am done..
On to the good stuff! I did a kick ass workout today and actually got in a full hour of cardio. 30 min on the elliptical and 30 on the treadmill. My son did awsome at the daycare today, no crying for very long at least and I burned a good 462 calories. Tomorrow I meet with my PT for another ass kicking, but it is going to be so worth the end results. I can then tell all those people who said I would never lose the baby weight to fuck off.
I had a NSV (non scale victory) today I was actually able to wear one of my workout shirts I bought last year but couldn't wear it after the first wash, because the damn thing shrank on me! I actually felt comfortable in it. I can definitely see a difference, my back fat is starting to slim down, and my ass is shrinking!! Right now I am taking it one day at a time. I am going on almost a month of no soda's and no wine. God knows there are days where I could so use a glass of wine, but all I see are the end results and I want to get there!
I am actually able to drink water without having to add anything like crystal light to it! I hope everyone who is reading this has a great evening!

Irritated!
Is it freaking bedtime for kids yet?? Sorry about the vent, but damn I am so tired of kids fighting that I could just scream. It is never ending, from the moment they get up until the moment they go to bed. I can not wait for my husband to come home, because I need a fucking break! Sorry about the language in this post but damn.
Anyway to the weight loss. I did day 3 of the Zumba accelerated weight loss program, and my knee is hating me. All that gets me through it is thinking of the end results of not being fat anymore. Tomorrow I will be hitting the gym up after I drop Boo off at school, I think I just need to get the hell out of the house. Tues I have my weekly weigh in, so we shall see what happens there!

Motrin
Motrin has once again become my BFF. My damn knee refuses to let me do a workout pain free. I push through it though, I want to lose this weight bad.
Got in a 45 min Zumba yesterday and 13 min on the elliptical when I was called into the daycare because my son wasn't feeling good. Today I got in a 60 min Zumba. For some reason just really tired today. Oh well I also did get my house completely cleaned and mopped. All my laundry is done and I am doing great on my calorie intake. Just have no idea what to do for dinner, not really in a cooking kind of mood. Debating on making some crepes. I have some sugar free cherry pie filling that I like to use. Yummy! Or thinking about making me a breakfast taco for dinner! Wish I had some salsa, I could go for some migas! All this talk about food is making me hungry. Hope everyone has a wonderful rest of your weekend.

Been a couple of Days
So it has been a couple of days since I have written anything. Not much going on, didn't feel good on Fri to go to the gym. Sat had a great time hanging out with a great friend for a little bit. Sunday did some heavy duty cleaning and re arranging of my house! Mon had to take my lil one in for a checkup, thankfully she is doing ok!
Then today I go to the gym and my lil man is flushed and running a fever, so we leave, then I get a call from Boo's school saying she is running a fever and I need to come and get her. This poor mama hasn't slept well in a couple of nights, looks like tonight is going to be another one of those nights. I did get my yard looking good again during nap time today, so today wasn't a total loss.
On to some great news! I have lost another 2lbs last week! I am only 4lbs away from my first mini goal of the 180's!! Tomorrow will be a Zumba day at the house. Boo has one more day at home, then her weekend begins. Oh well such is life.

Keep on, Keepin on
So I pushed through my training session today, concentrated more on weights mixed in with a little bit of cardio. I am in pain now! Knee is hurting, but that is ok. I can't use that as an excuse not to work out. I need to get in there and do something. Tomorrow is an elliptical day and possibly either the stair master or treadmill. I would love to hit the zumba class but being out of the house by 730 on a non school day, we shall see. I am not setting the alarm clock, so if I am up I am up! I do know it is going to be an early bedtime tonight though, that is after me and my little one watch the 2nd chipmunks movie! I promised her another mommy and daughter night! I was proud of myself, I did not touch the movie theatre flavored popcorn last night!

Kicking ass!
Today was a kick ass day. My son is getting more used to being at the daycare at the gym, I actually got a 40 min workout in! The first 20 minutes I did on the elliptical and the last 20 min on the treadmill walking 2.5 at a 20% incline! I feel amazing. Tomorrow I meet with my trainer for another butt kicking!
It is such a beautiful day out. I am thinking I need to get a jogging stroller so me and the little one can go on walks and take one of the dogs in the afternoon.

3 weeks into it and new stats
Wow going on 3 weeks of really watching what I eat and hitting the gym up at least 3 days a week. This is also going on 3 weeks of absolutely no soda's!!! Or to be more specific Dr Pepper! I still do my coffee and creamer in the morning but hey, not to bad.
So I re-restarted my weight by going with my weigh in with Jenny Craig. This past week I lost 2.5lbs!
Had a great day at the gym today. Got in a 54 min workout which totally kicked my butt, but I feel so good now.

Rainy Day Blues
I woke up with some pretty good knee pain and this was before even getting out of bed. Called the clinic my x-ray results came back normal, so now the search is on to see why my knee is doing this. I go to the gym tomorrow to meet with the trainer, and we will go from there. Not much to report today. It has been a nice quiet afternoon. Hope who ever is reading this has a nice rest of your day!

Fun day
Today was my son's 2nd birthday. Wow where does time go to? It feel like just yesterday I was in the hospital being induced to have him. He was due the 21st of Jan, but he had other plans. His heart rate was dropping during contractions so we induced.
Today was a great day eating wise too. I even had some red velvet cake, so yummy. At least today I am able to move a little bit. I did not know it was possible for my elbows to hurt LOL. I am ready to do a light workout tomorrow, as long as the knee holds up. Need to keep active, took the last 2 days off. I have some pilates I may break out and do during the kids nap time.
To my wonderful husband. If you are out there reading this, thank you for supporting me in this journey. I love you!

Holy Hell
Batman!! Wow can we say I got my ass handed to me at the gym today. LOL Worked on upper body today and let me tell ya, I am totally feeling it! It feel so good though. My only problem is my damn knee. I don't know why it is hurting so freaking bad. Oh well on my way to the VA to have it looked it. I get disability because of it. Trying to up it, there is so much I can't do because of it. Anyway I am giving myself a little cheat day on Sat, our son's 2 yr b-day party is that day! Going to have me a little slice of red velvet cake and some vanilla ice cream.
What a Day
Yesterday was a pretty crappy day. Went in for my post-op appt and on my way there I realized I should be going in for my second checkup and to hear the baby. Instead I go in to make sure my pregnancy test is negative. Which of course it was. I guess a part of me hoped that it was all just a bad dream.
Had to go to the grocery store to order our son's birthday cake, and man going into that bakery area was pure hell, I so wanted to buy a king cake. I was feeling down, but damn it, I didn't buy anything I shouldn't have!
Today is going to be a better day. Going to go hit up the gym and continue this journey. I even took some "before" pictures, man do they gross me out, but it will be something to compare to at the end of the month. I am hoping to at least see a difference. Just going to keep at it. Wow
Today kicked some major ass! I only got in 20 min at the gym but my trainer had me do 3 sets of circuit training and holy crap am I feeling it. I burned about 236 calories, which is awsome. After that went to my JC appt and in less than a week (thurs will be one week) I have already lost a pound! I know it seems small but when I was working out my XL workout pants were falling off of my butt! So needless to say no more wearing those! If I can meet my goal of getting into the 180's by the end of the month, going to go get some more workout pants!

Gym bust
So tired and no motivation today. Only got 3 hrs of sleep.
Neighbors dog was barking (unusual, I think there were deer outside)

Happy New Year
Today was not a bad day. Got all my laundry done, and floors mopped! Then at dinner time my son throws it all on my clean floor, couscous non the less! At least he ate his chicken! Took my lil girl to go see Chipwrecked, it was a cute movie and in her words "it was awsome mommy!" Didn't do much in the whole workout today, but I figured give my body at least one day of rest. Thank goodness it is almost bedtime for kids.
Bring on the weight loss for the year! So now since it is Jan 1st 2012 I will put my stats out there along with my mini goal for the month.
