Update

So today we did measurements.  I am very happy with the results I am achieving!!

My Body fat % on Jan 12 was 44% and today it was done to 41%!!  So I lost a total of 3% in body fat.  Hell yea!!  Let me see if I can do another 3% next month!  Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!

Rain

What a shitty rainy day, but damn it I made it to the gym anyway.  We were supposed to do measurements, but my trainer got stuck by a train, and my son decided to take a crap as we are trying to walk out the door.  I wanted to get a full hour of work out in, so that is what I did.  We will take measurements on Tues.  That is not a bad thing though, I will really watch what I eat this weekend, and keep trying to push down more water.

Not to mention it is supposed to rain all weekend long, Yippy.  I really don't mind it, as long as I don't have to go driving in it.  Kind of nice just chilling at home.  Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!

Love the weather

I am sooo loving the weather!  The only thing that sucks is the humidity.  In turn it makes the gym humid, but I sweat a hell of a lot more, which means more weight loss!  Had a really great day at the gym today, worked almost everything.  The only thing that bites, is the new brace I got for me knee, almost seems to make the pain worse.  I am tough, but damn, it hurts.

Doing measurements on Fri, so I am excited to see how many inches I have lost this past month.  I will def post starting and Friday's results, obviously on Friday!  Have a great night, where ever you may be!

Almost 1/2 way through the week

Wow it has already been a long week, and it just started!  Forced myself to go to the gym.  Glad I did, because I felt better after.  After I did a short workout, went to my JC appt, where I am officially in the 180's!  That in itself is amazing to me, and all my calorie counting and busting my ass at the gym is working!  Going to keep at it though.  My next mini goal is to hit 179 by this time next month or sooner.  My reward will be a new pair of workout shorts and a shirt!  Hope everyone who is reading this has a great rest of the week!

Another Week down!

Wow I can't believe that Feb is almost half over!  I am not complaining though.  I have been to the gym every day this week except today!  Tomorrow just to get some cardio in might either dust off JM 30 day shred or bust out a zumba workout.  That way I am at least getting 5 days of working out in for the week!  Today I was just tired for some reason, but did great on my food and stayed under in the calories.  Plus tried a new chicken recipe that turned out fabulous!

Still Chugging Along

I haven't left!  Just been super busy.  Been hitting the gym up and working my ass off, literally!  I have shrunk down into my next size of jeans and they were falling off of me this weekend out walking around.  I am hoping to be out of those and into my next set by this time next month.

Today at the gym I did 30 on the elliptical, tried doing the stair master, but my knee wanted nothing to do with it, so I jumped on the treadmill for the last 30 min.  Burned over 400 so that is bonus!.  Hope every one has a great night.  I get to go get my ass handed to me tomorrow at the gym!
