Today kicked some major ass! I only got in 20 min at the gym but my trainer had me do 3 sets of circuit training and holy crap am I feeling it. I burned about 236 calories, which is awsome. After that went to my JC appt and in less than a week (thurs will be one week) I have already lost a pound! I know it seems small but when I was working out my XL workout pants were falling off of my butt! So needless to say no more wearing those! If I can meet my goal of getting into the 180's by the end of the month, going to go get some more workout pants!
