Rainy day

Today has been a nasty rainy day, but I did go to the gym and push through the knee pain.  Burned 517 calories today!! 

Then the not so good news.  I gained 2lbs this week, but it could just be water.  I drank a crap load of water at the gym and also a protein shake after my workout.  It is ok, I am not going to let this get me down, just going to keep on going.  I also upped  my calorie intake to about 1400 just so I don't go into that starvation mode with how much I am working out.  At least my clothes are definitely getting bigger on me, so that is bonus.  Going to go lay down and put the knee up!
