I guess I can technically say I met my first mini goal of being in the 180's by Feb 1st!! I weighed in today at 190 taking in consideration all the water I drank before I weighed. I am just amazed that I have actually stuck to something this long, and have not derailed at all!
This weekend going to go have some wine to celebrate. Not a whole lot but a little bit. I can say this, I had absolutely no energy at the gym today, or strength. I have no idea what was wrong today. Oh well tomorrow is a new day and going to get my ass in gear and hit the gym up tomorrow to! Want to see 18 somthing on that scale next week!
