3 weeks into it and new stats

Wow going on 3 weeks of really watching what I eat and hitting the gym up at least 3 days a week.  This is also going on 3 weeks of absolutely no soda's!!!  Or to be more specific Dr Pepper!  I still do my coffee and creamer in the morning but hey, not to bad.

So I re-restarted my weight by going with my weigh in with Jenny Craig.  This past week I lost 2.5lbs!

Had a great day at the gym today.  Got in a 54 min workout which totally kicked my butt, but I feel so good now.

Just FYI for those that don't know. SW=starting weight, CW=current weight, and GW=goal weight

In 3 weeks and 3 days will be my one month mark for my second set of pictures.  I will post the pictures then, I hope I am able to see a difference!
