Knee is at least letting me workout again. Just taking it easy when it comes to working out legs. So I went to my weigh in yesterday and am down another 3lbs from last weeks weigh in! I am at 187! I haven't been at this weight in about 3 yrs, so I am very happy.
Now if I could get some sleep. My dog is pissing me off, all fucking night long, whining and moving around. OMg grrrrr. Ok rant over.
Getting ready to hit up the gym again today. Busting out 3 training sessions this week. My shoulders and back are sore from yesterday, but not bad enough that I can't go workout.
